كان كل شيء رائعاً الخدمة والنظافة وجودة وتنوع الطعام ل وألعاب الاكوابارك لم يتوفر شاطئ بالفندق لكن يتم معالجة الأمر باستخدام شاطئ جاز مكادينا باستخدام الاوتوبيس المكشوف ( الطفطف) وهو مكان رائع أيضاً كانت عطلة رائعة صادفنى حظ عاثر أثناء الحجز وتم معالجة الأمر من جانب 訂房網站 وانتهى الأمر على خير شكراً فريق 訂房網站 على تعاونه فى حل المشكلة

Highly recommend especially if you are a family with young kids. We went as a group of friends and still enjoyed it, the water park has slides suitable for adult fun and also kids with a special area for kids only. The only negative is that the beach is a bit of q walk away, however there are consistent shuttle buses. The reception team and manager are very polite and helpful, the life guards and water slide guards are all very nice and are there for your safety and happiness. The food was amazing, there is also food all afternoon by the pool. Pools are big and there are more than one with an all adult only pool for pure relaxation. Very safe resort just keep your belongings near to you. I want to give the biggest thanks to the animation team, they are the ones who made this holiday, from day time entertainment to evening shows and night outs, they truly look after you from their hearts wanting you to have a great time in Egypt. Big thanks to Moose, Kariam, Omar and David. I very highly recommend this resort.

I have booked family room including my kids and the hotel charged me extra cost for the kids which was not accepted from a hotel like jaz, and they told me the issue is from 訂房網站.com not from them, but they suppose to handel this issue to absorbe customer complain and satisfaction, this is the last time i will use 訂房網站.com and last time to book room in jaz.
